Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other carrier-supported payment methods as available. All transactions are securely processed through Stripe, ensuring encrypted and safe payments.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations may not always be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Shipping
How long does it take for my order to ship?
We process orders within 1-3 business days, and standard shipping takes 3-5 business days.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
A carrier may provide expedited shipping, but our handling and packing time still remains 1-3 days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if offered by the carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. However, the buyer is responsible for all customs clearance, duties, fees, and taxes.
Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We will process these orders as usual, but under some circumstances, there may be restrictions, which you should be aware of before placing the order. You are responsible for compliance with your delivery location.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. You are responsible for return shipping.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned item. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 90 days.
How are international orders handled?
International orders outside of the US are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Are all your products new?
Yes, all products are unused and in their original packaging. This includes older labels and products. Some older, discontinued, hard-to-find, or vintage items may have faded or scratched labels and packaging. We do our best to ensure that the contents inside are in pristine condition.
Do you guarantee product authenticity?
Yes, we source our products directly from brands and authorized distributors.
How often do you restock items?
Items are not restocked on a regular schedule. Some items, like discontinued products, may never be restocked. Place your order before items are out of stock. You may also subscribe to our newsletter to keep up with special offers, announcements, inventory updates, and more.
